Pins & Hammers
Preciball provides high performance Pins and hammers for grinding equipment and food industry mills. We offer the possibility to adapt our production to your specific design needs. Our well proven knowledge on the quality and performance needs of these types of parts is an important added value to our products.
For example: some of our chrome steel pins and hammers have a special Carbon Nitrating surface treatment that hardens the steel surface up to 66 Hrc, while maintaining the part’s structural flexibility and torsion resistance, for superb performance and durability. The right material choice translates into better productivity time and lower maintenance costs.
The different steel compositions, material origins, and specific treatments are chosen to ensure the highest possible standard of quality and corporate responsibility. Our materials are ROHS compliant and we do everything in our power to prevent the content of harmful pollutants that can easily be found in some machined parts available on the market.
Cylindrical & Needle Rollers
Whether for bearings or other mechanical applications we can offer a large range of high quality chrome steel cylindrical and needle rollers.
These rollers are normally manufactured from Chrome Steel with a hardness value between 58 ~ 65 HRC, and a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.2. However, we can also supply rollers manufactured in various types of Stainless Steel, and in different designs and sizes. If you need a particular “out of standard” design just send us your technical drawings representing the required size and tolerance, and let us know the quantities you need.
